- Browse through our fine goods until you find that special something you simply have to own. Choose your size and quantity and hit ADD TO CART. You can CHECKOUT at this point or go back to the site and continue your joyful shopping experience (At any time you can review your order by clicking SHOPPING CART on the top right of your window). When it's checkout time you'll need to register by providing us with your billing and shipping information. The final step is choosing a payment method - and your half of the deal is done. You will, of course, receive an email confirmation.
- How are items priced, are there any taxes?
- Our goods are priced in CHF, EUR and USD. At any time you can choose to have the items you are viewing priced in any of the above-mentioned currencies.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Switzerland: FREE
- Rest of the World: 6 CHF/per item
Within Switzerland TVA 7.6% is included. In all other countries additional taxes may apply and are not Colorblind Ltd.'s nor hOmeclothing.com's responsibility.
- Is my order secure?
- Whenever you input sensitive information such as billing and credit card details you are using our bank's secure server. This ensures that the bank is the only one receiving your info. Also, we never share secrets with anyone at anytime.
- How can I pay?
- All payments are handled through our payment service provider WorldPay, all major credits cards accepted.
- How is my order shipped?
- Homeclothing has a yellow spirit. All of our orders are shipped via Swiss Post and its partners world-wide.

- Switzerland shipments: 5-10 business days from ship out date
Europe and World shipments: 10-21 business days from ship out date
Orders can take up to 7 days to be processed. - Can I return my order?
- We will accept returns only if:
- Goods have a manufacturing defect, or
- Goods are damaged during transit, or
- Goods received are different than goods ordered
However you will have to contact us within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Clothing may be refunded in perfect, unworn condition. If goods are delivered damaged, please take a picture and send it to our customer service before sending anything back. You will be responsible for paying the required shipping costs to return the order. When a return has been finalized the order will be refunded or re-shipped.

hOmeclothing.com is committed to protecting your privacy. When you visit our site, you choose whether or not you wish to receive communications from us such as newsletters or e-mail alerts. We do not share your identifying information with any outside parties without your permission.
Cookies and Customer Information:
Cookies are small files our server will leave on your computer that will identify you on subsequent visits to the site. We only use cookies to retain preferences you set (like what country you're from) and to make the site easier to use. For instance, if you buy something from us, and then return a month later and want to buy something else, the cookie we sent to your computer will remember your address so you won't have to fill that all in again. The cookie will remember whatever information you give us, which will not be shared with any outside parties.
If we ask for some information from you, such as a sign-up for a newsletter or a contest, we usually ask for the following information: Name, E-mail Address, Country of Residence, Sex and Age. However, only your e-mail address will be mandatory, so we can e-mail you. We may also, on occasion ask you for information related to the functionality of our site, so that we may make improvements to it. This information is different from personal information, like your name, address or e-mail. What this means is you're allowing us to use the information we collect from you solely for the purpose of figuring out the demographics of who's using the site, and who's buying stuff from us (18-24 year-old girls from Japan, 25-29 year-old guys from Australia, that sort of thing). It makes for great conversations at cocktail parties. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and a notice on every page where we collect data, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

All of your personal information is stored on secure servers encrypted with SSL technology. Credit card authorizations and bank transactions are handled by an accredited third-party.
