Justin Timberlake, Lacoste & . . .hOme
08 May 2008
If this combination of words seems somewhat odd to you, do check the following page taken out of GQ magazine [ok, it’s the May issue and it’s in FRENCH].
Our dear friend Justin, being the modern style-master that he is, knows the key to mixing the old with the new. And so it is that he effortlessly spices up his classic Lacoste outfit with just the right touch of freshness: our now very famous [and very sold out… sob] Square Knit beanie, which we can now safely call his personal favourite.
Now you now it’s A-ok to wander around with your beanie on in the middle of the summer…
Thanks again Justin, no one does it better than you!
Robjn wins 72 hour film festival . . . again!

Some people just are more creative than others.
Now you can be jealous about it, or you can sit back and enjoy whatever they just put together. Our good friend Robjn is one of those people and he deserves your attention. Make sure you also take a look at his acceptance speech at the end of the article.
And once you’ve done that, go grab a bite of the proof inside the [pistachio] pudding on crapneto.com!
ps: Robjn, your nail cutter is now fully trained. It has mastered all the finest techniques of the french cutting, so we feel now is the right time to send it back to you so it can start spreading that cultural heritage! Let’s hope the box it will travel in will suit his newfound high profile.
welcome to 2008vol.1

Well well well…
Spring is here it seems, and with it another collection, take a look at Le Menu in our catalogue section.
Careful though, it’ll make your back pocket feel very heavy.
Fortunately our faithfull stores and our delicious e-shop will be glad to make you a couple of dollars/euros/swiss francs lighter so you can get on with your life without that burden.
Don’t thank us, we said we would always be there for you.
The link to the eshop on this very page, but since the information superhighway is all about easy access [i.e. laziness], if you click here dear Edgar will take you to the eshop [or is it Ingrid?].
If you prefer it the old fashioned way, here’s an old fashioned link to help you locate the store nearest to you!
See, we ARE always there or you.
Particules
04 Apr 2008
To all of you window-lickers,
2008vol.1 is about to hit the shelves, but there’s already one place where you can have a peek just before it does:
Particules en Suspension, Marterey 4 ? 1005 Lausanne, +41 21 312 62 22
Heck, you know we’re not the gallery-look-but-do-not-touch types, so it’s a fine boutique we’re talking about, which means you can even go and buy a piece or two BEFORE the collection is officially in stores. Boy, ain’t life grand?
Of course if the plane ticket to Lausanne is a bit to expensive you’ll have to wait a few more days, but here’s a few pics to help you get there.
Thank you Vivian!

YEAAAY
06 Mar 2008
Well it looks like our boss up there reads our posts on a regular basis, it’s now -7°c, the white stuff is everywhere and there’s more on the way.
To celebrate this we added all the new hats we still had in stock to our online shop as well as a few t-shirts.
Again, most of this is in hyper-limited quantites, so if that Pomtastical hat ties in nicely with your jacket, we suggest you grab it before someone else does.
…and since we think good news must come in pairs, from now on you’ll be able to acquire any t-shirt from our Classic series for a mere 39CHF [or the equivalent in a currency you like better].
Here’s the official announcement for those who have yet to subscribe to our newsletter.
Oh, and remember to enjoy the new snow!
prayer for snow

When Damien sent us photos from a recent trip to Whistler, I decided to save these just in case something went wrong halfway through the season over here.
Ok, 2 weeks of sunny days is not exactly something depressing, but when it starts raining at 2000m+ right after that, you might as well say goodbye to your local shredpark.
May these photos remind the almighty one up there that it is still WINTER over here.
Amen.
ps: …and if he doesn’t hear us, we can all get lost in some exotic place like Cecil.
cracked open
22 Feb 2008
As much as they are designed to break, it still is something when they actually do.
Helmets that is. Stéphane took a little tumble in the park yesterday and those are the pics he just sent, urgh.
Sometimes it’s a good idea to leave your hOme beanie …at hOme.
Steph knows, that’s why he will be riding again next week.
Cheers!
traffic jam
14 Feb 2008
In some countries, going snowboarding on sundays also means being stuck in traffic for hours on the way back.
We all know that sucks big time.
Unless you happen to have a camera and a few flashes in your bag…
The other drivers must have been wondering where on earth that speed radar was, and why the hell its flashes where going off when no one was able to move faster than 20km/h!
…nevermind.
winter tee
14 Feb 2008
So it’s friggin’ cold outside, but you feel something’s missing without your hOme t-shirt underneath all your wintery clothing.
The only slight problem is that these hOme dudes must be busy doing something else because they didn’t notice all the tees on their online-shop were sold out.
Damn! That’s where your brilliant intellect suggests you check the swiss brands section on www.dialogshop.com and find they have just what you need and even more.
Praise the information superhighway, you’ve just been saved.
